The Milk Roulette tour is now underway, and one of the unique things about the way Charlie Dore tours is that each gig brings it’s own unique flavour. Last night’s launch in London was Charlie’s trio: with Julian Littman (one man symphony orchestra from Steeleye Span) and the super cool double bass player Gareth Huw Davies, who also has a super cool beautiful voice. TONIGHT at Glastonbury Assembly Rooms it’s Charlie & Julian as a duo + special guests Other Mother who are an exciting new violin/vocal duo from the SW.
Other Mother (Olivia Dunn & Misha Law) are very in tune with each other and they share a lot: delightful musicianship, gorgeous voices, love of harmony… and they both happen to have children by the same father (hence the name) albeit years apart.
